U Drive. U Text. U Pay

Distracted drivers is probably one of the most serious issues for drivers these days. Since I returned to riding a motorcycle to and from work, I've been much more aware of the problem, and I see it every single time I get behind the wheel or on my bike. We don't need another distraction while we drive, but the communication and automotive industry have made it feel like it is an acceptable risk.

It is a hot button for me and I try to tell people, don't do it. I do not use my cell phone while driving. If it rings, the person on the other end can wait. Leave a message. There is nothing so urgent that I need to break away from my driving to use my phone... ever.

No one should.
